OMM Conference

The president of NABD-BC2 association actively participated in the second annual congress of the Moroccan Association of Medical Oncology in the Private Sector (OMM), which was held in Marrakech on precision oncology. She shared her perspective and experience as a patient. Attendees, including medical professionals, students, and for the first time patients, actively engaged in workshops and discussions. These covered recent therapeutical innovations in oncology, such as genomic profiling, CDK4/6 inhibitors, PARP inhibitors… related to different types of cancers, including first line treatment for MBC Metastatic Breast Cancer (HR+ HER2-),  immunotherapy for lung cancer, among others. Madam Ikram Eseghir, through her presentation, shared her experience and treatment journey,  underlining the importance of a patient-centred approach in the world of oncology.
