On March 22, 2025, during the blessed month of Ramadan, NABD-BC2 Association joined Aayla Group, a dynamic student initiative from ENCG Kenitra, for a special ceremonial evening dedicated to bringing joy and warmth to persons with lived experience of cancer. Held during Iftar time, this gathering embodied the spirit of sharing, generosity, and solidarity that defines Ramadan.

The evening began with welcoming speeches from Aayla members and the President of NABD-BC2 Association, followed by beautiful Anashid (chants) by Al-Assala group and a heartfelt religious talk by Mme Hafida Boumart. After this spiritual and uplifting start, everyone shared Iftar in a warm and communal atmosphere. The program then continued with an engaging game that concluded with thoughtful gifts for the winners. During this ceremony, women enjoyed getting beautiful henna patterns on their hands by a volunteer professional Henna artist.

This activity is part of our association’s commitment to openness and cooperation with civil society initiatives and groups, reinforcing the values of unity and compassion.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Yasmine Boumaalif, Douaa Kouteybi, Kawtar El Filali, Shama Bellahcen, Hiba Cherkaoui, and Douaa Maataoui from Aayla Group for organizing this beautiful evening and for representing the enthusiasm, generosity, and kindness of Moroccan youth.

A heartfelt thank you to Mme Oaafae Belhachimi for generously hosting the event at her center, Peace Space. Our gratitude extends to all participants and to everyone who contributed behind the scenes to make this Ramadan evening a memorable and meaningful success.
