NABD-BC2 Association recently participated in a breast cancer awareness event hosted at the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) in Kenitra. The activity was organized by Aayla Group, a student-led initiative from the institution, and brought together associations dedicated to health awareness and patient support.

The event opened with welcoming remarks from Yasmine Boumaalif, president of Aayla Group. This was followed by a presentation from the president of NABD-BC2 Association, who introduced the association’s mission and activities, shared her personal journey with cancer, and highlighted key information on breast cancer, including risk factors, preventive measures, and the critical importance of early detection.

Other participating associations also shared valuable insights. The Pink Ribbon team delivered a practical demonstration on how to perform breast self-examinations, underlining the importance of regular self-checks. One of the most moving moments came from Ms. Fatima Zahraa Mchirah, who shared her personal experience with breast cancer and presented her published book.

The event concluded with group photos and a tea break, offering participants an opportunity to connect in a spirit of solidarity and support.
